We do still have some availability this Fall and Winter, and are taking reservations for next year as well.
Pricing Guide
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and just like you we want to make it amazing. This is reflected in the high level of service we provide.
We take on a limited number of wedding cake orders to ensure that everyone receives the highest level of care. Our premium service and high level of decorating skills are reflected in the wedding cake pricing.
Below you will find average prices for the most common wedding cake sizes. We will be able to provide you with a more accurate quote when we have a better idea of the design you have in mind. The final price will be confirmed after the design process is complete.
Custom Wedding and Event Cake Pricing
1-2 tiers (up to 36 servings) starting at about - $500
3 tiers (74 servings) - starting at about - $800
4 tiers (130 servings) - starting at about - $1500
Please note that these are starting prices only, your cake may be more depending on design.
There is a minimum $500 spend on custom wedding cakes.
Most of our couples spend between $900-$1100 on their custom wedding cake, please keep this in mind when deciding on your budget.

Delivery pricing depends on the location of the venue and time needed for set up at the venue.

Ordering Process
1. Check if we have availability
You're engaged! We can't wait to hear all about your plans. First things first, is it important that you know your date. When you have this, please complete the wedding cake enquiry form either online or in store. We will then let you know if we have availability. We require a minimum of 60 days notice for all custom wedding and event cakes. For best availability we recommend booking 6-8 months in advance.
2. Quote estimate
Once we have determined availability, we would love to get you booked in!
we will need you to give us some more information about your cake, including the number of guests and design style, we will then give you an estimate for approximately how much your cake will cost. The next step is to schedule an in person consultation with your decorator to go over the details.
3. Choose your flavors
Cake tasting boxes are $50 and come with your choice of flavors, these must be ordered 14 days in advance and are available to order on our website or at the bakery in person. Adding a cake tasting to your consultation is $50, it is the best option in my opinion. We will prepare 2 cake plates for you and your fiancé, with your choice of flavors.
4. Designing your wedding cake
The next step in ordering your wedding cake is to meet with us for a consultation, this is where we will discuss your cake in detail, and will be our chance to get to know one another a bit better, allowing us to get a real sense of you as a couple and the kind of cake you would like for your big day. At this point we will make any changes that you would like and then we will confirm the final design and final price.
5. Final steps
Once your design has been finalized, we require a 50% down payment, to reserve your date and confirm your order. The remaining 50% will be due 30 days before the event.
For delivery orders, we will contact your venue to arrange delivery and will set up your cake about an hour before your reception. We will provide your venue with clear instructions for how to cut the cake.
For pick-up orders, we will schedule a time for you to pick up your cake at the bakery, and have your cake boxed up nicely and ready for travel.
